Your on-demand personal training service will include:
• A 60-minute online initial consultation with your personal trainer. This consultation will include an in-depth conversation to get to know your fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing goals. Your personal trainer will work with you to see how to help you achieve your goals, not only in the short term but in the long term too, coaching you through healthy lifestyle choices that will last a lifetime.
• Access to a tailored weekly workout plan, designed by your personal trainer at a time that suits you, through your exclusive app.
• Workout and nutrition log, so your personal trainer can see your progress each day.
• Regular weekly check-ins with your personal trainer; access to daily chats.
• Progress tracking with your personal trainer via your exclusive app.
• An extensive library of dynamic workout videos to help you with your exercise technique when you're either in the gym or at home exercising.
• Habit tracking.
