At the heart of my work is a simple belief: true wellbeing is achieved when movement, nutrition, and lifestyle are aligned to support both physical and emotional health.
My journey began at Loughborough University, where I developed a strong foundation in sport, health, and human performance. Since qualifying as a personal trainer nearly two decades ago, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals improve their health, restore confidence, and achieve lasting results through evidence-based coaching and personalised support.
Today, I specialise in medical exercise, pre- and postnatal fitness, and nutrition, working with clients across all stages of life. Whether you are navigating a health condition, preparing for pregnancy, recovering after childbirth, managing hormonal changes, or seeking to optimise your overall wellbeing, every programme is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
