Hello, I'm Hannah...

I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 18 years. I am passionate about providing you with the knowledge and tools to enable you to use exercise and nutrition to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle. 

 

Since having my two beautiful children, I can relate to the difficulties many parents face in juggling a busy home life and finding time to look after themselves, and that’s what’s driven me to help you achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals. Working out at home, either with my little ones or while they were napping, was the only way I could exercise for a long period of time, and I understand that many parents will be in the same position.

 

After starting my career studying at Loughborough University, I went on to qualify as a personal trainer. As well as being a personal trainer and pre- and postnatal exercise specialist, I also specialise in nutrition (including pre- and postnatal nutrition), and I strongly believe that fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing go hand in hand. As a GP referral specialist, I am also able to tailor your goals to take account of any health complications, and I work closely with GPs to provide fitness rehabilitation for patients with a wide range of illnesses and medical conditions. I am a practitioner member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMPSA) and undertake regular professional development to ensure I am able to give you the best advice to improve your health and wellbeing.

 

My overall goal is to provide you with the tools you need to lead a healthy lifestyle through online coaching and exercise classes. I look forward to helping you on your fitness and wellness journey.
